I recall that, way back, on the morning I drove to the last open door through which I would find the help I needed, I spent over half-an-hour trying to work out how to make a cup of tea! Truly! I consented to go for help, but it wasn't even as easy as making a cuppa. Not sure I understand this video.
I think the consent the video is alluding to is sexual. Too many think that because they want "tea" then anyone they want to have "tea" with cannot say no.
