Hello!
Anybody there??
~ ~ ~
It is possible that the most difficult part of wholeness is the peace and quiet.
There was a time when everyone else went away, at least there were two people arguing inside my head for entertainment.
How upsetting it is ...
... OK, I'm over it now.
The silence, when it comes, can be deafening...
ReplyDeleteso it seems...
DeleteIt would be nice to have a little peace and quiet from Susie's constant whining to be let out.
ReplyDeleteYes, but there was no discernible quieting down. One day the noise was simply gone. Some might miss it I think.
DeleteAll the best to you Susie.
I'm here and, yes, I know I owe you a reply. Just sorting things out in my head....
ReplyDeleteThank you dear Calie. All the best for the coming year.
DeleteNoise may be the worst environmental pollutant, both out there, and in here. Silence, even relative quiet, is vital. All the best for 2016.
ReplyDeleteThere was a time not so long ago that this silence inside would have been too hard to bear. Thank you for publishing your ideas and thoughts. I know how important they have been to me.
DeleteAll the best to you too in 2016 dear Tom.
Halle! Dear Halle! Silvester is here and I raise a glass to you! Prost and many wishes for a new year filled with wonder! ♪ ♫
ReplyDeleteAnd to you as well dear R! A wondrous 2016!
DeleteI notice the silence when I can sleep. I used to wake up at 6am or earlier week days or weekends. Now I find myself sleeping until 8 or 9 normally. Not having all of the background noise in your head is very strange to begin with... Especially when you realise that what you are hearing is the lack of noise.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year,
Stace
So funny. I still wake up early often, but it is for altogether different reasons!
DeleteHappy New Year Stace!
